OUR FOUNDERS
Matthew Morgan
Matthew is a technology and e-commerce leader with over 15 years' experience with local insurers in portfolio management, distribution, and technology.
With an impressive history across the financial services industry delivering product pricing and distribution transformation programs. Matthew is highly skilled in Agile Delivery, Enterprise Risk Management, Financial Risk, Business Analytics, and Business Relationship Management.
Matthew holds a Masters of Risk and Insurance (Mins & Risk Mgt) focused in Insurance and Risk Management from Deakin University, a Bachelor of Business and Commerce from the University of Queensland), and is a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF)
Anthony Day
A passionate believer that through exceptional leadership and diverse teams, you achieve amazing outcomes.
Anthony has 40 years' experience with both local and international insurers, including previously as CEO Insurance for Australia's largest insurer. With an extensive track record of producing market-leading results in both growth and profitability, whilst delivering continuous improvement in the operation. He has done this through creating an organisational culture that empowers people to innovate for changing customer needs and enables them to take calculated risks to outperform the market.
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Business from Victoria College, Melbourne. He is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) and has undertaken various enterprise courses including Asia Academy at the AGSM, University of New South Wales.
